Please note: This rally is open only to owners of Class B RVs (also known as Van Campers) as defined by the RV Industry Association (RVIA). These rallies were originated by participants on the RV.net Camping Van Conversions forum that limits discussion about Class B RVs as defined by the RVIA. So these rallies limit attendance to that definition of RV, i.e. a Class B RV started life as a van and the conversion company outfitted it from that starting point.
Registration for B17 is easy. A single rally fee payable to the rally hosts covers both the RV
Park fee, the rally meals and social gatherings that are included. This year's rally fee is $130.00
per RV plus $80.00 per person. In other words, a total of $210.00 for one attendee or $290.00
for two people. The included meals are noted on the draft program page of this website. There
are four optional events that you'll need to reserve. The limited attendance Beer Pairing Dinner
will require payment at the time of the reservation. The Garden Tour is free. The Brewery and
Distillery tours may be paid on site.

a spot for by entering the event and the attendees names in the comments section of the registration form below.
After your registration has been confirmed by its appearance on the b-rally.org Attendees page, payment may be submitted by PayPal.com or by mailing a check per the instructions linked here.
Rally agenda events may be expanded based on the level of sponsorship. We'll do our best to make you aware of updates but please also check back in for the most current information.
The entire campground is reserved for the rally, so you don't need to reserve your site through Devil's Backbone.
We'll be assigning sites as the registrations come in this year. Please specify in the comments section of the registration form whether or not you would like electric, water and waste hookups and if you have any special requirements.
Attendee Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests will be accepted through 3/12/20. From 3/13/20 to 4/27/20, the per Vehicle fee will be retained and the per Attendee fee (s) will be refunded. Any fees will be refunded if we receive a registration to take your Attendee(s) and Vehicle spot prior to the start of the Rally. Any fees incurred for banking or PayPal fees related to the refund will not be refunded.
All cancellations must be made by email to: b17@B-Rally.com Please send the cancellation request from the email address given to us with your registration so that we can validate the request and process your refund quickly. We will send you an email confirming your cancellation and refund any fees due as quickly as possible.
